You are protected by our 14 day full return and exchange right if you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason.
How long is the delivery time?
1 to 3 days. One of our biggest priorities is high customer service and thus also that you receive your goods as quickly as possible.
If you order before 12 noon on weekdays, the package will be dispatched the same day.
This also applies on Friday, where in most cases you will have your parcel delivered already on Saturday if you order from the parcel shop.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Hobro, where we have an office and warehouse.
Where can I find customer support?
In the shop there is a chat function at the bottom left. Feel free to use it, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have. At some times of the day, our customer support is not at the screen all the time, BUT - We promise to answer as soon as possible!
Do you have a satisfaction guarantee? Yes we have. If you are not satisfied - you get your money back immediately! Without us having to ask you any questions - we call that a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Can you pick up your package yourself? Yes of course. Write to info@herbz.dk so we can arrange a time and have your package ready. Remember to bring order confirmation and preferably photo ID
