When you shop at Ksp group, you must be 18 years old. If you do not meet these conditions, you cannot shop on our webshop, and Ksp group ApS can never be held responsible for any damages resulting from illegal or incorrect use of our products. All the products on www.herbz.dk must be inaccessible to anyone under the age of 18.
Product names are fictitious and are used solely for marketing purposes. Our products represent different phenotypes of EU-approved hemp varieties, which cannot or should not be equated with illegal Cannabis.
Ksp Group ApS does not sell CBD products as medicine, but rather as cosmetics, gifts and souvenirs that contain less than 0.2% THC, as permitted by Danish legislation. There is no evidence that our products can be used as treatment. We emphasize that CBD products are not medicines and therefore cannot diagnose, treat or cure diseases.
PAYMENT
Ksp group Aps accepts online payments with; Dankort, Visa/Dankort, VISA, Mastercard, MobilePay, VISA Electron
Payment will not be deducted from your account until the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card, until we withdraw or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
The website uses the following currencies for pricing:

DELIVERY
- The delivery time for your order is 1 - 3 working days.
- If you order before 2 pm, the package will be sent the same day
- Delivery area: We deliver everywhere in Denmark
- GLS - Package shop: Free for purchases over DKK 499, otherwise DKK 39
- GLS - Home delivery private: DKK 49
- You will always receive a track and trace number, so that you can follow your package all the way from our warehouse to your home.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (however, this does not apply to extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we has received your message that you want to cancel the agreement.
We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We can withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation that you have returned it.

COMPLAINT OPTIONS
In the event of a complaint, please contact us via e-mail at Info@herbz.dk. Remember to mention the product and the website you bought the item on.
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.
You can complain to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaint Portal for Nævnenes Hus (Link) .
For EU citizens outside the EU, complaints must be sent via the EU Commission's online complaints platform.
